Verification: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in description or pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Global Delivery

Processing: Orders are processed within a standard timeframe established by the brand’s production cycle.
Liability: Clover Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by customs, international postal services, or catastrophic events.
Duties: International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and fees.

6. Returns and Exchanges

To maintain our high-end quality standards, returns and exchanges are subject to the following:

Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Requests must be initiated within a 3 day window from the date of delivery.
Final sale items and limited-edition drops are non-returnable.
No refunds, only exchanges.

7. Limitation of Liability

Clover Clothing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
