Clover Clothing maintains a rigorous quality control process to ensure every garment meets our high-end standards. By initiating a return, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Exchange-Only Policy
Clover Clothing operates on an Exchange-Only basis. We do not issue cash refunds or bank transfers for any returned items. Upon the successful return and inspection of your garment, you will be issued a replacement item or a store credit equivalent to the purchase price (less applicable fees).
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
In their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Complete with all original tags and packaging intact.
Requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items that show signs of wear, scents, or alterations will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.
3. Return Logistics & Fees
In alignment with our operational standards, the following fee structure applies:
Standard Exchanges: A fixed LKR 800 processing and return fee is charged for all exchanges.
Complimentary Exchanges: The LKR 800 fee is waived only for orders with a total bill value exceeding LKR 10,000.
Initial Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited toward the exchange.
4. Processing Procedure
Inspection: Once your return is received at our facility, it will undergo a formal quality inspection. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange.
Issuance: Approved returns will be processed for an exchange of the requested item or issued as a store credit. Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
In the event that you receive a defective garment, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. Defective items will be replaced in full, and in these specific instances, the processing fee will be waived.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Limited edition drops and “final sale” items.
Compression gear and gym wear (for hygiene and performance integrity).
Gift cards.
Clover Clothing reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not comply with the policy stated above.
