1. How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email and a WhatsApp message with your tracking details. You can use this to see exactly when your package will arrive at your door!
2. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure you get your items as fast as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp within 2 hours of placing it. If the order has already been dispatched, we unfortunately cannot change it, but you can request a return once it arrives.
3. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can easily place an order as a guest! However, we highly recommend creating an account so you can easily track your current orders, view your purchase history, and save your delivery details for a faster checkout next time.
Shipping & Returns:
1. How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
We offer fast and reliable delivery across all governorates in Kuwait. Standard delivery takes 1 to 2 business days. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, and we offer free delivery on orders over 30 KD!
2. What is your return and exchange policy?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. However, because your baby’s safety and hygiene are our top priorities, all returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened feeding items, pacifiers, and worn maternity wear cannot be returned.
3. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We deeply apologize if this happens! Please reach out to our team via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement for you immediately at no extra cost.

There are no hidden fees! Paying via Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered as a completely free convenience for our customers. You simply pay the exact total shown at your checkout when the driver hands you your package.
